VOLUNTEER WITH US 

The AvidXchange Music Factory 5K Rock 'N Run team needs YOU! As we prepare to create a GREAT experience for our supporters and participants, we need dedicated community members like you to help make that a reality. This Rock 'N Run has become a premier family friendly event in the Northend Corridor of the Charlotte Metro. The assistance of wonderful volunteers like you help make it possible. 

Thank you in advance for your time and dedication in support of program initiatves of Community Dream Builders, Inc. that provide resources for low income communities to thrive.                                             

WHAT DO VOLUNTEERS DO?

• Registration (6:30 am - 8 am)  -  Check in registered runners and distribute registration packets. Manage walk-up registrations and provide friendly customer service while assisting with basic event questions (Don’t worry, our staff will be there the entire time to work hand-in-hand with you).
  

• Course Water Stop (7:30 am - 9: 30 am) - Ensure runners stay on the route, provide water at water stations. Watch out for, and report any injuries -- and offer motivation along the way!
  

• Tear-down (10 am - 11 am ) – Assist with basic tear-down of the event: breaking down tents and tables, picking up signs, taking down banners, etc.
  

• Setup  (6 am - 8 am)  - Assist with event setup as needed.
  

• Greeters/Information Volunteers (7:30 am - 10 am) -  You will be strategically stationed to assist and direct runners and participants as needed.
